Cancellation Policy
Drum Practice Booking Policy Welcome to our self-served drum studio. To ensure a smooth, productive, and respectful experience for all musicians, please review our booking terms and conditions before scheduling your session. 1. Capacity & Access Limits - Maximum 1–2 People: This room is strictly optimized for a maximum of 2 people at any time (e.g., one drummer, or one drummer plus an instructor/collaborator). - No Large Groups: Bringing additional guests, band members, or spectators is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund. 2. Booking & Payments - Advance Booking Required: All sessions must be booked and paid for in full online through our platform prior to arrival. Walk-ins are not accommodated. - Hourly Minimums: Bookings are made in 1-hour increments with a minimum booking duration of [Insert minimum, e.g., 1 hour]. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling - 12-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled start time to receive a full refund or studio credit. - Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the session are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. - No-Shows: If you miss your session without prior notification, the full booking fee is forfeited. 4. Studio Etiquette & Care of Gear - Punctuality: Your session time includes your own setup and pack-down. Please ensure the room is completely clear by the exact end-time of your booking so the next musician can start on time. - Gear Respect: You are responsible for the Midas interface, Samson microphones, computer, and drum hardware during your stay. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse will be billed directly to the person who made the booking. - Leave it Clean: Please return all microphones, cables, and stands to their original designated positions. Dispose of any trash before leaving. 5. Liability & Safety - Hearing Protection: Drums are inherently loud. We strongly recommend using earplugs or isolating headphones during your practice. The studio is not liable for hearing damage. - No Food or Drinks near Gear: Beverages must be kept in closed containers and placed away from the audio interface, microphones, and computer terminal.
